Elite Security Team Leader

Pay rate: £16.75 per hour 

Average 42 hours per week, based on a 12 hour shift pattern

Requirements; 

• Five-year traceable work history
• Experience - Minimum 3 years within the industry or relevant experience such as police / armed forces
• Must hold an active SIA licence including a SIA Doors Supervisor or Close Protection License
• Full UK Driving License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of driving and leading a team 
• Knowledge of risk management and assessments
• Ability to make decisions, take responsibility and work well under pressure
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills and organisational skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
