Security and Cleaning Support Officer

As a Dual Service Officer you will carry out a variety of security and some cleaning tasks; safely, professionally and to a high standard.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• To support the core team – this is a super flex position where you work when convenient to you!
• Cleaning tasks include emptying bins, litter picking and ad hoc duties set by the site
• Patrolling of a shopping centre including the surrounding area
• Providing a safe environment for shoppers in all public areas
• Proactive interaction with the general public offering superb customer service at all times
• Performing regular health and safety checks
• Regular and accurate report writing for management
• Dealing with first aid situations when they arise
• Carrying out any other reasonable management requests

As a Dual Service Officer you will need:

• Valid SIA Licence and First Aid certification – For the right candidate Westgrove may be willing to provide Training in order to obtain a licence
• A valid CCTV Licence is desirable
• You must be flexible
• Highly motivated
• Excellent customer service skills
