Cleaning and Security Supervisor

As a Dual Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the cleaning and security teams, ensuring that the required standards are met.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Driving the service excellence standard throughout the team
• Continually monitoring and evaluating the performance of the team to ensure the required standards of delivery are exceeded
• Constantly looking for innovative ideas to add value and to make the service delivery more effective
• Building and maintaining a professional relationship with all stakeholders and partners including the Management Team
• Ensure staffing levels are kept in line with the contractual agreement, recruiting as required
• Maintaining effective and accurate communication
• Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with the local partners and applicable local agencies
• Ensure that Westgrove’s and the centre’s Health and Safety Policy is implemented, maintained and regularly reviewed in line with the needs of the business and any legislative change
• Ensure equipment is maintained and regularly inspected
• Provide professional and technical coaching to team members
• Provide high levels of customer service to all stakeholders including shoppers, retailers, contractors and partners at all time
